Kristy Jones, RN, BSN
Kristy is our nurse injector and Patient Care Coordinator. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1994 and has worked in perinatology, teaching and with plastic and cosmetic patients. Working with Dr. Kerluke since 2003 her expertise makes her a great resource for patients who have questions regarding any of the treatments and surgeries offered at our clinic.
As a trained nurse injector since 2007 she has many new and returning patients. She is able to assess your facial concerns and inform you on which product is best to help you achieve your facial improvements or rejuvenate your look. Common areas of concern that people are treated for are glabellar frown lines, crows feet, loss of volume to cheeks and jaw line and lines around the mouth area. To keep abreast of the best techniques and products available she regularly attends educational conferences and training seminars.
In combination with facial injections, skin care needs can also be addressed with the SkinCeutical Skin Care System. All of our staff is trained in the use of the skin care products and are excellent resources for any skin care questions.
Rosanna Babcock, Receptionist/MOA
Rosanna is an integral member of the office team. Working on the north shore as an MOA since 1996 she has a wealth of knowledge and can help coordinate your healthcare needs. Her warmth, laughter and caring attitude help to make our patients feel welcome and at ease the moment they walk in the door. She will always try to accommodate your needs and scheduling challenges to make the office visit a pleasant one.
Nicole Pinto, Surgical Patient Care Coordinator
Nicole has worked with Dr. Kerluke since 2004 coordinating all of the surgical patients and guiding them through the surgical process from start to finish. Working in the past in project management and obtaining her MOA diploma her attention to detail and friendly demeanor help to make your surgical experience a memorable one.
Penelope Kerluke, Office Administrator
Penny has worked in the medical fiels as a bookkeeper/administrator since graduating from the MOA program at Capilano College in 1981. Penny works part-time in the office while still juggling a busy family schedule. Her philosophy for the office focuses on ensuring an excellent patient experience every time.
