The earlobe is a unique structure that comes in different sizes and shapes.  It is often adorned with jewelry and, as such, can be damaged with heavy earrings or trauma.  When the earlobe pierce hole enlarges or tears this often requires surgical repair.  This procedure is done in our office procedure room under local anaesthesia.

With aging the earlobe can become longer and more aged looking.  Rejuvenation of the earlobe may involve a small tuck or lift or a reduction in size.  This type of surgery is most commonly done in our office procedure room under local anesthesia, but can be combined with other facial rejuvenation procedures.
